Bed & Breakfast is offered in three en-suite rooms, our largest room has a four poster bed sitting area and dressing room. Our full Cornish breakfast will set you up for the day! vegetarians etc.catered for with fresh fruit always available. Our house is over 400 years old and was the telephone exchange until 1960 hence the numerous telephones and artifacts. Fowey is a picturesque Town & Port we are in the centre of the Town and just a minute away from the waterfront and Town Quay where boat trips are readily available either up the river to see the docks or Golant, Lerryn & Lostwithiel or around the coast to Looe & Polperro. Also all the shops,pubs & restaurants, are within easy walking distance as is Readymoney beach & St Catherine's Castle, there is a reqular ferry service to Polruan & Bodinnick. The Mevagissey ferry also leaves from Fowey (summer season) the Lost gardens of Heligan are then in walking distance. Our house is an ideal base for touring Cornwall as we are less than twenty minutes away from the Eden Project, Lanhydrock,Charlestown,Restormel Castle,Bodmin Jail,Wheal Martin plus many more seaside resorts & attractions. Walkers are also welcome we are on the SW Coastal Path and the Saint's Way. If you are traveling train Par is the nearest station there is a bus service to Fowey or pre-book a local taxis.
